TEC® acrylic latex based Primer & Patch Additive is recommended for use as an admixture for selected TEC brand surface preparation products and as a primer for underlayment and surface preparation products. It is designed to improve the adhesion, bond strengths and flexural strengths of TEC brand dry powder surface preparation products.
