HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the HR department across various functions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).
Update and manage HR databases (e.g., new hires, terminations, leaves of absence).
Assist with payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and internal HR events.
