TEC 10 Carpet Pad Adhesive is a solvent-free synthetic latex base adhesive formulated to adhere carpet cushion to porous and non-porous substrates. TECR 10 secures cushion in place quickly to facilitate fast carpet installations. Prevents wrinkling and shifting during the Stretch-In method of installation.
